Windermere Real Estate/Tri-Cities enjoys speaking with individuals who inquire about what it is like to be in the real estate business. Our program is designed so if you decided real estate is a career for you, we do everything we can to assure your success.
Once you have obtained your license here is an example of what you can expect:
- Meeting with Jeff Thompson/Branch Manager/Richland
- Meeting with Dave Retter/Designated Broker/Tri-Cities
- Training begins with two ½ day orientations with Jeff Thompson
- Monday morning begins 14 week program which includes technical and foundations for building your business
- Windermere Real Estate corporate Pro-Start (one week class which qualifies for required first clock hour renewal)
- Transition into coaching role with weekly meetings to monitor progress and help you stay on track
- Once a month coaching for as long as you like
- Two brokers available to you
- Thirteen staff members available to you
- Two assistant manager available to you
- Two residential offices to serve your clients
