The Feser's moved to the Tri-Cities from the Midwest in 1964 where they have remained and raised their 6 children. They began building spec homes in 1966 and moved into the custom home market a few years later. The Feser name has been part of building some of Tri-Cities most successful neighborhoods, such as; Panoramic Heights, Union West, Whispering Winds, Country Ridge, Eagle Reach, and Canyon Lakes just to name a few. The Feser's have built their business working as a team. In 2005 after several years of success Doug Feser took the helm as President. Doug has been working along side Rick & Alice for over 20 years. In 2006 Doug's sister Barb joined the company as Secretary/Treasurer. The success of the company is largely due to the fact that like Rick and Alice; Doug and Barb are on the job sight every day putting their own skills to work. The family element of this company is strong and is a fundamental part of the business.
